What is SafeGolf Accreditation?
We believe in providing you with a safe, energetic club to play golf. That’s why we are working towards SafeGolf accreditation.
SafeGolf by England Golf is an accreditation that helps you know if a club, like us, is providing a safe environment for golf to be played. We are committed to hosting a safe and positive environment for all people to enjoy golf.
What has been done?
We have formally adopted two policies, one for Adult Safeguarding and one for Children and Young Person Safeguarding – copies of these are available for viewing/download below. In addition, Debbie Mead (General Manager) has been adopted as the clubs Welfare Officer, contact details are below
What to do?
If you have any concerns about the welfare of a player, or the behaviour or practice of a coach, volunteer, organiser, parent or a player, please contact our welfare officer, Debbie Mead.
